Hello! My name is Alyssa Bergen. As an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist, I know the importance of communicating with the world around us. The ability to communicate is important at home with family, at school with teachers, and is important for facilitating healthy relationships with peers. I am passionate about helping children with speech and language impairments communicate and function in all aspects of their life.
I am a registered member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM) and have my Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). I previously was employed in a small town elementary school in rural North Dakota and worked with children from pre-k through sixth grade. I currently work part time as part of the Outreach Therapy Program through Manitoba Possible in addition to my private practice.
